Included in our standard search fees is an invaluable Onboarding Workshop aimed at ensuring our new placement's success and accelerating our placement's impact. This SearchPlus Onboarding Workshop is conducted by our partner and Onboarding leader PrimeGenesis.
The SearchPlus Onboarding Workshop is built around the following three modules:
Executive onboarding frameworks and best practices. This module sets the new leader up to take charge of his/her onboarding.
Participants complete a personal New Leader's 100-Day Action Plan. Idealy, participants work in partnership with a Human Resources representative, which kicks-off an important working relationship. PrimeGenesis facilitates process. Because preparation breeds confidence, just doing a 100-Day Plan puts the participant ahead. When Human Resources joins in partnership, participants feel particularly valued and valuable; they interpret the allocation of resources as confidence in their ability to make a significant difference to the organization.

While we facilitate every step of the workshop, we intervene to add critical value at three points:
1) Mapping Stakeholders (up, down, across, inside and outside). Our experience equips us to identify often overlooked relationships.
2) Discovering the Leadership Message People are rarely able to discover pivotal leadership messages on their own. Our experience gives us insight.
3) Creating the Day One Entry Plan Day one is a new leader?s first and only chance to make a first impression. We have crafted so many day one entry plans, we know what communicates and how it does so.
